In the Appeal Chamber continued the judicial review of the appeal filed by the Public Commissioner against the decision no. 173/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Artan Madani, prosecutor/ Head of the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court, Kavajë.
The presiding judge, during the verification of the parties’ presence informed that the Public Commissioners, due to health issues were unable to attend the hearing, hence have requested the adjournment of the hearing session.
The adjudication panel, on-the-spot consultation, also with the consent of the subject of re-evaluation, decided to approve the request of the Public Commissioners to adjourn the hearing.
The following hearing will be held on March 18, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
