The Institution of Public Commissioners as a representative of the public interest during the process of the Reform in the Justice system, likewise under Article 53 of Law no. 84/2016, “On the Transitional Re-evaluation of Prosecutors and Judges in the Republic of Albania”, is obliged to review each public denudation. Hereby, by the Institution of Public Commissioners, the information may be submitted in three ways:
a- Directly / hand delivery by the citizen, whilst in the hall premises of the Institution.

All denunciations submitted are recorded in a special register and are reviewed by the Public Commissioners and the Legal Service Unit.
The Public Reception Specialist is responsible to support and assist to the citizens related to submission of information’s.
- The rights and interests of the person who denounces shall be automatically protected in a trustable, effective, and appropriate manner, according to the standards provided in law “On whistler-blower and protection of whistle-blowers”, as well as other applicable laws and bylaws in force.
