The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 257/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Miranda Andoni, judge at Gjirokastër Court of Appeal.
After verifying the parties’ presence in the hearing, the presiding judge invited the Public Commissioner and the assessee to present the final conclusions.
Yet sustaining the appeal grounds and the submissions, the Public Commissioner, in the assessment of the evidence administered as part of the case investigation, ascertained that the assessee is found in conditions of inaccurately disclose and insufficient declaration of assets therefore she fails to prove the opposite of the appeal grounds, likewise in the proficiency assessment criterion. At the end of the conclusions, the Public Commissioner requested the panel to amend decision no. 257/2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Miranda Andoni.
The Public Commissioner then answered the questions directed by the case rapporteur related to some findings in the appeal on the asset assessment criterion.
The assessee, also during the submissions of the final conclusions, objected the claims of the Public Commissioner, requesting to the panel her confirmation in office.
The adjudication panel, after hearing the conclusions of both parties, closed the judicial review and withdrew to the consulting room to take the final resolution, which it will be announced on December 20, 2022, at 14:00 p.m.
