The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 592/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Erion Pano, prosecutor at the Tirana District Prosecution Office, currently command position of Counselor at the High Prosecutorial Council.
The Public Commissioner in reference to his constitutional and legal competence finds that upon the review of the decision no. 592/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, emerge such legal circumstances and facts wherefrom considers that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety, as well as contains sufficient legal reasons to be submitted to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, and pursuant to Article 66, point 1, letter “b”, of law no. 84/2016, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 592/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Erion Pano.
