The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 598/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Genci Mane, prosecutor of Fier District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner in reference to his constitutional and legal competence finds that upon the review of the decision no. 598/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, emerge such legal circumstances and facts wherefrom considers that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety, as well as contains sufficient legal grounds to be submitted to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, at the end of the entire investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 598/2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Genci Mane.
