The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 634/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Naim Tota, prosecutor at Tirana District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner after reviewing decision no. 634/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, also in consideration of the IMO’s Recommendation, deems that this decision is vulnerable in its entirety and constitutes sufficient legal grounds to be submitted for review through this appeal to the controlling and re-evaluating jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, pursuant to Article 66, point 1, letter “b”, of law no. 84/2016, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 634/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Naim Tota.
