The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 651/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Urim Buci, prosecutor at Dibër District Prosecution Office.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing decision no. 651/2023, also in consideration of the IMO’s recommendation, deems that it is vulnerable in its entirety and contains sufficient legal reasons to file for review, through the appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and, at the end of a complete investigation to decide the amendment of the decision no. 651/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Urim Buci.
