The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 660/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Majlinda Andrea, former judge of the High Court of Tirana.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing decision no. 660/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission and its accompanying acts, deems that it is vulnerable and contains sufficient legal reasons to file for review, through the appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber and at the end of a complete investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of the decision no. 660/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and to declare the transitional re-evaluation process terminated for the assessee, Mrs. Majlinda Andrea, without a final decision, due to the loss of the status of the magistrate.
