The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber continuing the judicial review of the appeal filed against Decision no. 621/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Erarbër Madhi, judge at Administrative Court of First Instance, Tirana.
During the verification of the parties’ presence in the hearing, the presiding judge informed that the Public Commissioner Mrs. Irena Nino, the appellant, who also in this hearing would be represented by the Public Commissioner Mr. Florian Ballhysa.
Subsequently, the assessee’s legal representative presented to the adjudication panel the response provided by the International Secretariat of NATO, whereby was referred to the lack of possibility to provide the financial data for the person related to the assessee.
After the on-the-spot consultation, the adjudication panel decided to administer the response mentioned above as evidence and, in such circumstances where the litigants did not refer to other procedural requirements, was decided to close the judicial review.
The following hearing to present the final conclusions was set on July 25, 2023, at 13:00 p.m.
