The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 673/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Mirela Zavalani, prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner upon the review of the decision no. 673/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, deems that the decision constitutes legal grounds to be submitted for review through this appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Chamber.
In such circumstances, the Public Commissioner considers that the appeal grounds concerning the asset assessment criterion will have to find answers during the case evaluation by the Appeal Chamber and the latter, at the end of a complete investigation, to decide the amendment or the upholding of the decision no. 673/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
