The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 703/2023, issued by the Independent Qualification Commission. This decision pertains to the assessee, Mrs. Suela Salavaçi, who holds the position of prosecutor at the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing decision no. 703/2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission, also according to the IMO’s recommendation, deems that it is vulnerable in its entirety and contains sufficient legal reasons to file for review, through the appeal to the controlling and re-evaluation jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be considered by the Appeal Chamber, and upon the whole completion of the judicial review, to decide the amendment of decision no. 703/2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Suela Salavaçi.
In accordance with point 1 of Article 16 of the Institution of Public Commissioners’ regulations, the appeal has been published on the official website of the institution, which can be accessed at http://ikp.al/ankime.
