The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 729/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mrs. Zena Lila, who holds the position of the prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Elbasan General Jurisdiction.
The Public Commissioner, after the review of decision no. 729/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, finds that it is vulnerable in its entirety and contains sufficient legal grounds to be submitted for review, through the appeal, to the controlling and re-evaluating jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the appeal grounds be examined by the Appeal Chamber and, after a complete investigation of the case, to decide the amendment of decision no. 729/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mrs. Zena Lila.
