The Public Commissioner within the legal time limit filed an appeal at the Appeal Chamber by the Constitutional Court against Decision no. 735/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, pertaining to the assessee, Mr. Dritan Nushi, serving as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Office of the First Instance Court of Tirana General Jurisdiction.
Upon reviewing the decision no. 735/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, the Public Commissioner, finds that the decision on the confirmation in office of the assessee Mr. Dritan Nushi, is vulnerable in its entirety and contains ample legal grounds to be submitted for review, through the appeal, to the controlling and re-evaluating jurisdiction of the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner requests that the grounds of the appeal be reviewed by the Appeal Chamber, and upon concluding a comprehensive assessment of the case, to decide the amendment of decision no. 735/2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal from office of the assessee, Mr. Dritan Nushi.
