The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review against the decision no. 161/2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mr. Kastriot Selita, judge / President of the Administrative Court of Appeal, Tirana.
The presiding judge, after confirming that the parties were familiar with the acts provided by the institutions, according to the request of the Appeal Chamber, announced that the adjudication panel, to the purpose of the trial has decided their administration and requested from the parties to present their standpoints on the provability interpretation of the fact.
Subsequently, the parties engaged in the process expressed their standpoints regarding the acts administered by the court, after the opening of the judicial investigation.
The adjudication panel, upon hearing the parties, decided to request an additional act from the Tax Appeal Directorate and assigned the task to the subject of the re-evaluation to provide the bank document, as claimed in his objections. In anticipation of the administration of the documentation requested by the institutions, the panel decided to adjourn the subsequent hearing, on May 19, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. throughout the time the parties will be prepared to present the final conclusions.
