The Public Commissioner was present today at the Appeal Chamber while continued the judicial review of the appeal filed against the Decision no. 342/2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, of the assessee Mrs. Elbana Lluri, magistrate/judge at Tirana Court of Appeal.
While verifying the presence of the parties, the presiding judge informed that the parties were acquainted with the acts of the IQC decision related to the assesee, Mr. Gerd Hoxha, as regards to the asset assessment criterion, moreover invited them to express their viewpoints on the preliminary financial analysis conducted by the Appeal Chamber.
The Public Commissioner stated that the preliminary financial analysis conducted by the Chamber reflects the seeking appeal and his viewpoint in this regard will be presented during the final conclusions.
The assessee during her standpoint of the financial analysis requested the panel to take into account her objections and to also administer in the quality of evidence a new act related to her parents’ income.
After questions addressed by the presiding judge, the adjudication panel, being consulted in the deliberation room, decided to administer in the quality of evidence the act submitted to the hearing by the assessee and announced that, with reference to the denunciations will not be any investigation as they do not meet the requirements of Article 53 of law no.84 / 2016.
Following the parties’ declarations that they had no other procedural requirements, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on June 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in order to present the final conclusions.
